Seriously I think I need to throw up. The article above is about men who is convicted for downloading and distributing underage porn and even making recipes on how to penetrate babies. I couldn't read it all.
I hate people somethimes. When it comes to this I would totally approve of being stoned and tortured to death as a proper punishment. To inflict such damabe upon a child is unforgiveable NO MATTER WHAT. I don't even know what to write here.

You know what these bastards deserve ? Cut their dicks in cold blood and after that their should suffer the most painful death !!!

I have a pretty imaginative mind, but I can't see what the pleasure is to have sex with a baby or REALLY young children. I don't even see how someone can be attracted to such young children.

If we're talking about 8+ year olds, I can somehow understand that someone feels attracted to them...but younger, hell no.

It has been maybe 30 years now when a farmer across the mountain where I live [about a 25 minute drive from my home] found out his 7 year old girl, and 4 year old boy had been molested by a guy in their surrounding area. Already in an up roar other kids came up with the same story only that there was more than one. After talking to police who didn't want to do anything,they found out who the leader of this was.

About 15 Fathers got together and went to his home.

They drug him out.

They tore his clothes off,taped his hands behind his back and his feet,threw him in the back of a truck.

The took him to the woods. Dead of night.
They chained him to a tree. He said yes to their questions of being the ring leader of all this.

They taped his mouth. First thing they done was fire at him for I don't how long with frozen paintballs...and then took a bull whip to him. Being sure to aim for the "sweet spot"

And there was more...they beat him with a chain,broke one of his ribs just by the chain alone.

The best part? They made branding irons. It had the initials C H L D M O L S T R "CHILD MOLESTER" bent into them. The turned him around to face the tree,kept him chained and each Father took a letter,got it red hot over a fire and took turns branding his back.

They done other things also,even drug him down a dirt road with a 4 wheeler.

I wasn't alive.,..this was about 25 or 30 years before I was born. But that's the story and believe me it is true.

They wanted to find the others but after hearing what they did to this guy they left.

Cops got the guys up for assault and gave them probation [why in hell the law done this I'll never know-I would have given the Fathers an award] the other guy was convicted after they searched his home and found pics and vids.

If a few good old boys can do this why can't other's like a Judge order this? AND put them in jail for a while,let some big old boys beat up on them and rape them and then give them the chair??? And it still wouldn't be good enough for whoever does these things. Some how they will have to pay for what they do... I personally believe they'll go to hell...if hell will have them. :angry

I wouldnt give them a medal. They tortured him essentially. No offence but child abuse is torture and well their kinda more or less doing the same thing, just not to a kid. Although it is weird, that they got jail time and the other guy didn't. I'd say their bloody lucky they only got probation. What did it achieve? Did they ask the children what they wanted to happen? Did they ask the kids if they wanted the guy tortured? We musn't sink to the levels of depravity that child abusers do...and we musn't glorify it. Killing to protect others from the likes of him, i can understand but...torturing the person to teach the person not to torture is illogical. They should've killed him, would have been better, would have meant something more, might've actually achieved something.

It's funny that almost always in threads like this (like last year about Saddam Houssein), and not just on this board, people come up with the most violent ways of punishment. Even justifying rape...

Well there's no point to it. I mean they tortured him...he's still alive so, all it did was satisfy them. Sometimes i think people do these things so almost tell themselves...their not like the person their torturing. I could never do that...i could shoot them and deal with the consequences.

But i was recently mulling over a dream i had about being tortured and branded and in my dream...i killed the people who did it. But, it had the benefit of, i'd never have to see them again and the thought that they didn't exist comforting although an indefinite life sentence with no parole would've been enough.

But i thought and thought and i imagined, and i found that even if i killed them, it wouldn't make the pain of being tortured and abused any easier. In fact i started thinking that maybe i'd regret it, maybe i would've wanted to ask them why they did it. But i wouldn't tortured them...it didnt even cross my mind in my dream, i was sick of being tortured myself, i wouldnt want to do it myself.

Anyway, if they weren't going to get any justice then im afraid, in those cases you have to deal out your own justice in relation to child safety not to satisfy your own fantasies of torture, then how could trust the person who tortured the torturer. Whats stopping them doing it themselves?

Oh no no, no killing. That's too easy. And not sitting in jail thinking, to easy too. My suggestion is to pack them up and send them in war zones, to risk their undeign life by helping soldiers and populations under strict control, so that they won't damage any other kid. And let's hope a damn bomb falls on their sick heads. Or maybe to forced works.

Ok so torture him to teach him that torture is bad...that's a good one. It wont work. He'll be scared and he may never do it again...then again maybe he would.
If he's dead...you dont have to worry about him ever doing it again. Sexual abuse is torture, different type of torture but torture all the same.
They didnt just beat him up, they according to you, dragged him out, stripped him naked, tied him up shot at him with paintballs, dragged him by car, whipped him, beat him with a chain and then they made branding irons to burn into him 13 letters.

It didn't do anything, you dont see that by doing that there is no guarantee that he wouldnt do it again, he wasn't arrested for his crimes, they were. So you'd hope he'd learn his lesson but then again he might move somewhere else and do it again. Your way is more emotional and irrational. My way is cold. If they were capable of torture then their capable of murder and in the end if would've guaranteed some safety for the rest of the children.

We've gone way beyond right and wrong. Do i condone murder? depends why...Do i condone torture? no, there's nothing in it, its pointless unless the whole point is to enjoy it. There's no why and if there is, the why becomes obsolete. They think it guarantees safety, well it wont.

It's not only in USA, people are NOT aware of how serious situations like these are, and then the consequences for the molestors are light! A child will have to live with it all it's life, it's just not fair that the person who raped her gets out quickly from jail like in so many cases.

I don't agree we should torture the molester or kill him. I am absolutly against death penalty, and in this case it's pretty much the same thing. How low would we drop if we did that?

Being in prison is not that bad. Not bad enough for such people. In fact you have many opportunities in jail, you can educate youself, work, do sports, write books, have a social life etc. Moreover, we, normal people maintain prisoners' lives paying taxes! I don't want to pay for criminals like them!!! They deserve to die.

I agree that child porno is gross and disgusting! I think when people do horrible things, people's first reactions is to want to do even more horrible things back. And there's just about nothing as bad as child porn, so of course people are going to want to say "Let's torture them to death." because it seems just on some level. I mean, sitting in jail peacefully does not seem like enough, nor does a quiet death by lethal injection. Not to say I want people to be tortured to death, but I'm just saying. I see the reason why people say things like that.

Here's a novel idea, why dont we ask what the children want...what would make them happy. Some might say death and some might say i just want the guarantee of them never coming near me or any children again. And if that's what they want, then im happy to pay for it. It's not about the punishment, its about it happening again. I dont care if they have a social life within prison as long as their not near children. That's the main thing. The reason why we shouldn't have an absolute like the death penalty is that not everyone believes its the best course of action, so it should be there as an option to be chosen by the victims.
